Interview Request Form

License Held

Interviews are conducted after work hours on days of operation or, on Monday mornings.

Our Hiring Process

Step 1: Submit an interview request using our form.

Step 2: Participate in interview process.

Step 3: Upon hire

  • For Applicants with an Active Indiana Barber: 

    • Commit to a one-year paid contractual apprenticeship to learn Post Modern Barbering techniques.

    • PMBS will assist in building your clientele through promotional advertising.

    • Familiarity with the PMBS brand, mission, and the products we use and sell, along with our hair-cutting methods, will be required.

  • For Applicants with an Active Indiana Cosmetology License:

    • Commit to a one-year paid contractual apprenticeship to learn Post Modern Barbering techniques.

    • During this apprenticeship, you must enroll in a three-month crossover barber program at Ravenscroft Beauty College.

      • Completion of program comes with a raise​

    • You will be permitted to provide limited services in the barbershop while enrolled.

    • PMBS will assist in building your clientele through promotional advertising.

    • Familiarity with the PMBS brand, mission, and the products we use and sell, along with our hair-cutting methods, will be required.

Post-Apprenticeship Benefits:

  • Competitive salary 

  • Yearly pay increase based on annual review and productivity.

  • 20% commission on product sales.

  • Marketing material to include photo shoots to enhance your social media presence.

  • One week paid vacation per year.

  • As PMBS expands, so will the opportunities for contracted PMBS barbers.

 

After 5 years of employment:

  • Competitive salary 

  • Yearly pay increase based on annual review and productivity.

  • 25% commission on product sales.

  • Marketing material to include photo shoots to enhance your social media presence.

  • Two week paid vacation per year.

  • As PMBS expands, so will the opportunities for contracted PMBS barbers.
